Providers are responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating their own account and listing information, with support available from DENTALPRICE as needed. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring all provider data is self-managed and accurate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use DENTALPRICE.org or any related applications and services (“Services”). By accessing or using DENTALPRICE, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
- Provider Information:
When you create an account or use our services as a provider, we collect business contact details, account credentials, information necessary to list and promote your services and locations, and data needed to process subscriptions or payments. Certain information you choose to provide (such as service prices and business contact information) may be displayed publicly as part of your listing. All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card information.
- Usage and Technical Data:
- Usage logs (e.g., pages visited, services searched, links clicked).
- Device and browser info, IP address, and general location (via cookies and analytics).
- Cookies and similar technologies for site operation, analytics, preferences, and fraud prevention.
- Public Users:
- We do not collect personal information from patients or other public users. Public users may search for providers but are not permitted to create accounts.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the DENTALPRICE platform.
- To display provider listings, locations, and service prices to the public (as chosen by the provider).
- For customer support, notifications, and essential communications.
- To process subscriptions, payments, or free trials (via third-party payment processors).

- Providers (Account Holders):
- Access & Correction: Log in to your account to view or update your information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at contact@dentalprice.org. We may retain information as required by law or for legitimate business needs.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe via provided links or by contacting us.
- Public Users:
- No account or personal data is collected or stored, so no action is required or possible.
WhatsApp Business Messaging
DENTALPRICE offers WhatsApp Business messaging to help you search for dental care prices and provider information via WhatsApp.
- What We Collect via WhatsApp:
- Your phone number (provided when you message us)
- Your last 10 search queries (service name, zip code, and search results count)
- Message content (temporarily during active session only, not permanently stored)
- Opt-in/opt-out status for receiving updates
- Aggregated usage metrics (total message count, total search count, timestamps)
- How We Use WhatsApp Data:
- To respond to your price search queries
- To provide dental provider information and pricing
- To send service-related information (only with your opt-in consent)
- To improve our AI-powered search and response quality (using aggregated, de-identified data)
- For analytics purposes (aggregated and anonymized only)
- How We Share WhatsApp Data:
- Meta/WhatsApp: Messages are transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform according to Meta's terms and privacy policy
- AI Service Providers: Message content only (not phone numbers) may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service providers to understand your intent and provide relevant search results. We use industry-standard AI providers that comply with data privacy regulations.
- Technical Service Providers: Cloud hosting, database, and other technical service providers who help us operate the WhatsApp integration
- We do not sell or share your WhatsApp data with third parties for marketing purposes
- We do not share your phone number with AI service providers
- Your WhatsApp Rights:
- Opt-In: You must explicitly opt-in to receive messages beyond initial search responses
- Opt-Out: Send "stop" anytime to stop receiving messages from DENTALPRICE
- Data Deletion: Request deletion of your phone number and search history by contacting contact@dentalprice.org
- Data Access: Request a copy of your stored data (phone number, last 10 search queries, opt-in status, and usage metrics)
- WhatsApp Data Retention:
- Conversation History: Not stored permanently; kept in memory only during active sessions (automatically cleared after 15 minutes of inactivity)
- Phone Number & Search History: Retained while you remain opted-in for service delivery and analytics
- Opted-out Users: Phone number and personal search data deleted within 30 days of opt-out
- Analytics: Only aggregated, anonymized data retained for service improvement
- No Health Information (PHI): We do not collect, store, or transmit personal health information (PHI) via WhatsApp. DENTALPRICE only provides cash price information and provider listings. Do not share sensitive medical or dental information via WhatsApp.

DENTALPRICE is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such information, we will delete it promptly. DENTALPRICE may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., provider websites, booking systems, payment portals). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please review their privacy policies.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as defined by law). European Union & UK Users (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and data portability. Do Not Track (“DNT”) Signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” features. DENTALPRICE does not respond to DNT signals at this time.
