International Providers
At this time, paid subscriptions are required only for providers based in the United States. International providers may use DENTALPRICE free of charge until further notice. Any future changes to international billing or subscription requirements will be communicated in advance, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
Subscription and Refund Policy
1. Free Trial Access: DENTALPRICE offers a 90-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial period, your listings remain publicly visible on the platform, regardless of whether a payment method is added.
2. Subscription Activation: To continue public visibility after the trial ends, you must activate a paid subscription by adding a valid payment method. All current plan and pricing details will be clearly disclosed to you in your account dashboard after signup and profile completion, and before you are required to add payment information. Pricing and features may change from time to time. Please refer to your account dashboard for the most up-to-date information.
3. Billing & Renewals: All subscription payments are billed in advance at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period even after cancellation.
4. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime from your DENTALPRICE account by visiting the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing, but does not refund the current period. Your listings will remain visible until the billing cycle ends.
5. No Refunds: DENTALPRICE does not issue refunds or credits for partial months, unused services, or mid-cycle cancellations. Please manage your subscription proactively to avoid unexpected charges.
6. Payment Failures: If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge automatically according to configured retry rules. If payment is not collected, your listings may be paused and removed from public search visibility until the issue is resolved.
7. Payment Processing: All subscription and payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By adding a payment method or completing a transaction, you also agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.
8. Account and Listing Management: You may log in anytime to manage your account, update your business profile, add or remove locations, and publish or pause listings. However, public visibility depends on your subscription or trial status.
9. Account Deletion: DENTALPRICE does not currently support full account deletion from the dashboard. However, you have full control over your listings and locations. You may remove or pause all services at any time. Your account will remain accessible for future reactivation or recordkeeping.
Pricing and Service Information
1. Provider-Listed Prices: All prices, services, and promotional offers displayed on DENTALPRICE are listed and managed by individual dental providers. DENTALPRICE is a search and directory platform that connects patients with providers. We do not set, determine, guarantee, or verify the accuracy of pricing information.
2. Cash Prices Only: All prices listed on DENTALPRICE are cash prices for patients paying without insurance. These prices may not reflect insurance-contracted rates or copay amounts. DENTALPRICE does not process insurance claims or provide insurance price quotes.
3. Price Changes: Providers may update their prices at any time without notice to DENTALPRICE or users. Prices displayed on the platform may not reflect the most current pricing. Users must contact providers directly to confirm current pricing before booking appointments or receiving services.
4. No Price Guarantee: DENTALPRICE makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of pricing information. We are not responsible for price discrepancies, billing disputes, or changes in pricing between the time of search and time of service.
5. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for:
- Confirming current prices directly with the provider before booking
- Verifying service availability and provider credentials
- Discussing payment options and any applicable discounts with the provider
- Resolving any billing disputes directly with the provider
6. Platform Role: DENTALPRICE's role is limited to providing a search platform where providers can list their services and cash prices, and where users can search and compare options. DENTALPRICE is not involved in the delivery of dental services, pricing negotiations, appointment scheduling, billing, or payment processing between users and providers.
7. No Provider Relationship: DENTALPRICE does not employ, contract with, or have agency relationships with the dental providers listed on our platform. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own pricing, services, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
1. No Warranty: Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the information, content, or materials included on our website.
2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayushdunia LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website.
Indemnification
